At Del Mare Label, each piece is thoughtfully made to order and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your item arrives with a defect or production error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at delmarelabel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly review the claim and arrange an exchange if approved. 

Please note that slight variations in thread color, placement or fabric are part of the custom process and are not considered defects.
